About My Ability Pathway

My Ability Pathway (MAP) provides services to people with disability in their homes, the community and socially. These might include personal care, domestic assistance, appointments, managing the household and attending social engagements.

You choose how you want to engage and interact, and MAP finds the right people to support you on that journey.

Supported Independent Living

MAP offers Supported Independent Living options for people with disability that require housing and support full-time. MAP will work with you to create a vibrant, secure, comfortable environment that reflects your personality.

We believe that everyone deserves to live a fulfilled and enriched life.

Medium Term Accommodation

MAP works closely with individuals to secure Medium Term Accommodation that enables them to live safely and securely whilst waiting for the transition to long-term housing solutions.

Options are explored, and the best match for housing and support is developed around your needs and wants.
